Safety and incidents
If something happens, you know immediately.
Incident reports are filed in the moment. You're notified straight away. You acknowledge through the app. The record includes what happened, what was done, and what to watch for. Medication administration is logged the same way.
Incident notification
Your educator files an incident report. You get notified immediately with what happened, when, and what action was taken. No delay, no secondhand retelling.
Acknowledgement tracking
You acknowledge the incident through the app. The educator and service coordinator can see that you've been informed. No chasing, no "did you get my message?"
Medication logs
If your child takes medication during care, every dose is logged: time, amount, who administered. You can see it in the timeline alongside everything else.
Authorizations and consent
Your preferences, in one place.
Consent forms, custody arrangements, emergency contacts, excursion permissions, and dietary requirements. All managed through the app. Updated when things change. Your educator and service coordinator see the current version, not a photocopy from enrolment day.
