Pricing questions

The honest answers.

An active child is one with an enrolment that received at least one session of care in the billing month. Suspended, withdrawn, or waitlisted children don't count. We bill on the actual count at month-end · not your peak roster.
You move between tiers automatically as your active count changes. A service that drops from 75 to 55 children in January pays Sapling pricing for that month, no conversation needed.
Two weeks for most services. Week one we import your data and parallel-run with your existing system. Week two we cut over · educators and parents get a single 20-minute walkthrough · CCS submission goes live the following Monday.
Still free. We send a kit · you scan or post us your enrolment forms, attendance ledgers, and currency records. We do the data entry. It usually adds a week to migration.
Yes. We're a registered Australian company (ABN visible at signup). Tax invoices include GST, are emailed monthly, and are available as CSV or via API for import into Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks.
All data resides in Australian data centres (Sydney + Melbourne, AWS ap-southeast-2). We're aligned with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Education and Care Services National Law. We do not sell or share your data, ever.
No. The parent app is free. We don't charge parents, and we don't take a cut of the fees they pay your service. Your fee structure stays exactly as it is.
