How long to go live?
Most services are live within 4-6 weeks. Migration complexity depends on how many systems you're coming from and how clean the data is. We run in parallel until you're confident.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We ask for a 12-month initial commitment so we can invest properly in your migration and onboarding. After that, annual renewal. No lock-in tricks.
What about data portability?
Your data is yours. Full export at any time in standard formats. Attendance records, compliance history, financial ledger, parent records. We don't hold data hostage.
Do parents pay anything?
No. Parents access the trust surface at no cost. The service pays for the system. Parents just see their child's record.
What if we add educators later?
Pricing adjusts as your service grows. Adding a new educator is part of the onboarding workflow, not a pricing event. No per-seat surprises.
